What Daypouch does
We buy standard food supplements from established makers and pack them, by day and time of day, into labelled pouches. We do not make supplements, and we do not give medical advice.
Membership
A membership sends one box for each calendar month, with a pouch for every day of it, dated, before the month begins. It renews until you cancel, and we charge your card before each box is packed [timing to confirm]. Before the next box is packed you can change your pack, tell us the days you'll be away (they arrive before you go), or tell us how many pouches you have left (the next box comes with that many fewer, at the same price). You can cancel at any time before the next box is packed, at no cost.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT [to confirm]. Your price depends on what you take, and you see it before you pay. A month is priced as 30 days, whatever its length. A 12-month membership is paid up front and costs the same as 10 months. A single box bought without a membership adds a delivery fee.
Founding memberships
The first 500 members get a founding membership [to confirm]. While it continues, your price never goes up, and if we offer anyone a lower price or a deeper discount on the same pack and plan, you get it on your next payment, automatically. The only exception is a friend's code, a one-off on a first month. Your founding number is printed on your labels. You get a full refund if you cancel before your first box ships. If you cancel your membership, its founding price ends [a period to come back is to confirm].
Codes and credit
A friend's or partner's code takes 15% off the first month of a membership that renews. It does not apply to one-time memberships, and you can't use your own. When someone joins with your code and their first box ships, you get 15% of their first month as credit, taken off your next payment. Credit has no cash value and can't be transferred [to confirm].
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE [areas and times to confirm]. If a box arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
Returns
For your safety, we cannot take back pouches once a box is delivered, except where they arrive damaged or wrong.
Your health
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you take medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Follow the product directions on each pouch.
