What we collect
When you reserve a spot: your first name, email, mobile number, emirate, language and, if you built one, your pack preview. When you order: your delivery address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider [to confirm]; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To message you about the launch by email and WhatsApp (only if you tick the box), to keep your place in line and count the friends who join with your link, to pack and deliver your boxes, and to answer you when you write to us.
Who we share it with
Viral Loops, which runs our waitlist and referrals; our delivery partner [to confirm]; our payment provider [to confirm]; and our hosting provider. Each uses your details only to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside the UAE, with safeguards in place.
Your name on what you share
Your name stays with us. It is never part of your referral link or the message you share.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details: until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete them. Order details: as long as the law requires for our records.
Your choices and rights
You can stop messages at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to ash@daypouch.com. These rights come from the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
On your device
This site remembers your language, your pack preview and your place in line on your device, so they are there when you come back. Nothing is used for advertising.
